Ryan Seacrest To Replace Matt Lauer?

It's been recently reported that after a lengthy time on The Today Show - Matt Lauer is thinking about leaving.  Rumorville is running rampant on who would replace him, and many are looking towards Ryan Seacrest.  What do you think?  Who should replace Matt Lauer if he does in fact leave?
