Spring for Food is Set for April 1
It's time again to help the Gallatin Valley Food Bank restock their shelves.
Volunteer teams are needed in neighborhoods throughout the Gallatin Valley to collect food and then drop it off at your specific drop site.
Here's How Spring for Food works:
- Sign your team up (3-5 members at SpringforFood.com) This is a great thing for families to do!
- A few days before April 1, drop off empty grocery bags around your neighborhood. Distributing grocery bags in the week before the event increases the amount of food donated tenfold!
- On April 1, pick up the bags from your neighbors filled with non-perishable food items for the food bank and deliver them to your dropoff site.
It's an easy, fun way to be involved with your community. The Gallatin Valley Food Bank feeds over 3,000 individuals a month, so your help will make a difference.
