Extremely gusty winds up to 65 mph will plague north central Montana near Great Falls with a High Wind Warning in effect. Downed trees and power outages are expected.
Gusts up to 60 mph are possible in parts of central and northern Montana Sunday night and early Sunday morning. Dangerous travel conditions may exist at times.
Monday could be quite messy with several inches of snow expected in the lower elevations, more than a foot possible in the highest elevations and very gusty winds.
Much of northern Montana is under a High Wind Warning until Monday night with EXTREMELY gusty winds possible, up to 70 MPH. Travel conditions could be hazardous at times.
Cold temperatures, some snow and more wind are going to affect most of Montana through Monday. Great Falls and Helena are both under Advisories with more Warnings and Advisories expected.
