UPDATE: Belgrade Woman Reported Missing Has Been Found Safe
UPDATE: Update on missing person: JoVonne Marie Justice, who had been reported missing on Sept. 14, has been located and is safe, according to a press release on Monday. Thanks to everyone that showed concern and helped the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office in their search. This isn't the first time that she was reported missing. Justice was also reported missing in 2019, but was located in Helena. No other information regarding her whereabouts has been provided.
The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for public assistance in locating a missing Belgrade woman. She was reported missing on September 14, 2020.
JaVonne Marie Justice, 44, was reported missing from Gallatin County on Monday, September 14. Justice is described as 5’5” and 140-160 pounds with blue eyes.
According to the missing report, JaVonne currently has blond hair but has been known to dye it different colors in the past. She usually wears her hair in a ponytail as seen in the photo. She does not have a vehicle and is most likely on foot. Authorities say that she is a resident of Belgrade, and was reportedly last seen in the Belgrade area.
The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office says that little is known at this time, and that more detailed information will be released in the future. It is unknown whether or not foul play is involved.
