The housing market in the Bozeman area is insane right now. There are a lot of people trying to buy a home, and it's harder than it's ever been to realize that dream for many that live here.

Instead of buying an already built home, many people have decided to purchase land in the areas surrounding Bozeman to build.

I'm pretty sure we've stumbled across the best deal you'll find if you're looking to purchase a home in the Bozeman area. It's free, but there's a catch. You have to pay to move it and have a place to put it. It's actually a cabin, and it looks really cool.

According to the listing on the Manhattan Classifieds Facebook page, the home will need to be moved by the first week of May, but if you have the ability to move it, it sounds like a screamin' deal.

730 sq ft cabin for sale to be removed from the property at purchaser's expense. Free to move. Contract and insurance required. Will need to be moved by 1st week of May. Serious inquires only.

We're not sure how much moving an entire house would cost, but it seems like it would be a lot less expensive than actually buying a house in the Bozeman area right now. If you already own a home and have a large yard, you could put it on your property and rent it out. The opportunities are endless.

The seller is looking for serious inquiries only. If you are interested in the cabin and are able to move it, all of the information is available here.

Here are a few pictures from the listing on Facebook.
