Hobby Lobby to Open Next Week

It's happening! Hobby Lobby has announced they will be opening Wednesday, June 17th. Bozeman residents have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the new Hobby Lobby in the former Buttrey's Shopping Center (aka the old Hastings Shopping Center).

Bozeman Hobby Lobby Manager, Paul Gibson, has confirmed the doors will open on Wednesday at 9 a.m. He also mentioned they would normally have a grand opening, but due to concerns of COVID-19 they will be doing a soft opening.

Originally, Hobby Lobby was expected to open last spring. When that did not happen, many feared the company wasn't coming to Bozeman at all.

Hobby Lobby will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Hobby Lobby is an arts and crafts store with over 900 locations. They were founded in 1972 in Oklahoma City. The Bozeman location will be added to numerous Montana locations in Great Falls, Helena, Billings, and Kalispell.
