Logjam Presents Announces Ticket Exchange Program
Music venues across the country have been heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Most concerts and events originally scheduled for this year in Montana have either been cancelled or rescheduled.
These cancelled shows have created an unprecedented hardship on Missoula-based Logjam Presents and the venues it owns.
In response, Logjam Presents has launched a program that both rewards their loyal customers and helps them during this difficult time.
Starting today, customers who have already purchased a ticket for a Logjam event impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, you can now exchange that ticket for a Logjam gift card worth 125% of the base-ticket value in lieu of a refund.
Gift cards can be redeemed for future concert tickets, venue merchandise, food and beverage at Logjam Presents owned establishments, including the Rialto in downtown Bozeman.
By electing to participate in the Ticket Exchange Program, not only will ticket holders be investing in the spirit of live music and supporting their local venues, they’ll receive an added benefit for doing so. Choosing to receive a gift card in lieu of a refund will allow ticket funds to be used to revive local venues and in turn, the local community.
To apply, you must complete the Ticket Exchange Program form. Once processed, eligible participants will receive a Logjam gift card worth 125% of their base-ticket value via mail.
