Memorial Service Planned For 12-Year-Old James Alex Hurley

The Memorial Service will be held in West Yellowstone on Sunday, February 23, 2020.

According to a Facebook post, a candlelit memorial service for James Alex Hurley will be held in West Yellowstone, MT at the City Park on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. The memorial is about celebrating Alex, and showing that he was loved by so many.

The event is open to the public. Everyone is invited to bring candles to light, and wear blue ribbons for child abuse awareness.

There will be an opportunity for everyone to speak. Please keep any comments respectful and about Alex.

Donations will be accepted and used for Mental Health services in West Yellowstone. Donations can be dropped off at Community Health Partners throughout the week and at the service. Checks can be written out to Community Health Partners. Please consider donating to this campaign.
