What makes a restaurant beautiful? Much of it has to do with scenery and surroundings, and there's no shortage of either in Big Sky Country. People Magazine just released its list of the 50 Most Beautiful Restaurants in America, and it included everything from mountain top chalets to stunning skyscrapers. Only one restaurant in Montana was included on the list, and to be honest, we didn't even know it existed.

Everett's 8,800 at Big Sky Resort was named one of the 50 most beautiful restaurants in America. The restaurant is open seasonally and is known for its breathtaking scenic views. In order to get to the restaurant, a short ride on a ski lift is required.

Located at 8,800 feet above sea level, Everett's is only accessible by the Ramcharger 8 chairlift, and lift access is required. Fortunately, if you make dinner reservations, lift access is included. Menu items included Duck Cassoulet, Viennese Pork Prime Rib, and Lobster Ravioli.
