Popular Bozeman Business Growing, Announces Move to New Location

A locally owned Bozeman business is closing its current location and will be moving to a new location in the near future.

Olivelle announced that they are closing their current location after 15 years and will open a new location in the near future. Olivelle first opened in 2006 and is a speciality food retail store in Bozeman that produces over 100 high-quality products including olive oils, vinegars, spice blends, and artisanal salts.

Olivelle's co-founder Brie Shaeffer Thompson gave us more details about the new location.

We bought the old Rocky Mountain seafood/Brandos wings building. We'll be doing a full interior and exterior remodel. The new store will have more space for products we have always wanted to carry but couldn’t fit, and cooking classes will be back in full glory. There will also be lots of parking.

The new location, near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Main Street in Bozeman, is expected to open this fall.

Since opening in 2006, Thompson says the company has grown substantially and now imports products from around the globe, manufactures over 100 products locally, and have developed an international brand. She also wanted to thank customers, co-workers, and friends that have supported her through the years.

Today (February 25) is the last day to stop by Olivelle's current location at 2855 N. 19th Ave. Until 6:00 p.m., customers can get up to 60% off products left in the store.
