Reese Witherspoon Is Engaged

I have been a Reese Witherspoon fan and it was announced yesterday that she is engaged! A rep for the actress confirmed that she will marry Hollywood agent Jim Toth.

The rep said in a statement, "They are extremely happy." Reese, 34, started dating 40-year-old Toth in January following her split from Jake Gyllenhaal.

* Toth is an agent at L.A.'s Creative Artists Agency, and although Witherspoon is a client of the company, she isn't repped by her beau.

* This is Witherspoon's second marriage: she and Ryan Phillippe divorced in 2008 after seven years together. They have two children together, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7
