Road Trip

I mean if someone said, "Hey, I want to take you on a Cruise for your birthday" you would be excited. It just so happens that our "cruise" was to Billings, rather than someplace tropic with beaches. Although, lets be honest the Bozeman Pass can be breathtaking, so you can add beautiful scenery to the list as well.

This little known roadside attraction is worth the drive from Bozeman.

We've all been there. You get really excited about going somewhere and are disappointed when you finally arrive.

If you have never been to this place, it's absolutely incredible.

My 4th of July celebration didn't include fireworks. Instead, it was filled with family, hot springs, fishing with my nephew, bull snakes, rivers, and mountain air.

Both are short little drives to either Colorado or The Gorge and there is phenomenal music at both.

This is great to share with out of state friends or folks who just moved to the area. Montana road trips by car or motorcycle are part of our culture. Montana is beautiful and sometimes you have to hit the open road to appreciate it.

All football trash talking aside, I like Missoula, Montana a lot. Their downtown scene reminds me of our own here in Bozeman. Their summer is full of fun events and festivals AND they get great live music year round.
