In a case the first of it's kind - Aaron Deveau, an 18 year-old from Massachusetts was charged and found guilty yesterday of motor vehicle homicide and negligent operation while texting, the first driver to be charged and convicted under the state law.  Deveau was texting as he was driving, when his vehicle crossed the center line and crashed head on into a truck, killing a 55-year-old father of three. Deveau was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison, with 1 1/2 suspended - meaning he will only spend about a year behind bars.  What do you think of all this?
