World Famous Montana Restaurant Is Visited By Popular TV Show
If you have been to Butte, Montana then you know how rich the history is. In fact, Butte is the perfect little getaway if you are looking for a day trip with the family.
WANT THE PERFECT DAY TRIP? HERE YOU GO!
Butte was recently recognized on the popular daytime show, Good Morning America (GMA), for all of the right reasons.
Pekin Noodle Parlor, now owned by Jerry Tam, is the oldest family-run Chinese restaurant in America and not only have they been recognized by all of the locals, but they are now officially part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Way to go!!
Since, 1911, Pekin Noodle Parlor has been a favorite and we all know that times for locally-owned businesses have been difficult, especially in the last few years. With the gift of $40,000, we hope to see Pekin Noodle Parlor open for the next generation of Tam's to take over.
Pekin Noodle Parlor has been recognized by The National Trust for Historic Preservation, a nonprofit that helps keep history alive. From restaurants to buildings to land pieces, The National Trust for Historic Preservation is a saving grace for so many historical sites.
If you haven't stopped into Pekin Noodle Parlor, you are missing out. Now when you do stop in, you can tell all of your friends about how famous it is, that is, if you didn't already know.
Congratulations to the Tam's and their continued success. We can't wait until our next visit.
