The Bozeman Lions Club will host the inaugural Bozeman Beach Benefit on Saturday, August 14 at Glen Lake Rotary Park. The event will serve as a fundraiser for the youth that experience homelessness in the Bozeman area.

The event will be held outdoors and will feature a 4v4 Volleyball Tournament, yard games, a beer garden, food trucks, music, raffles, and more at Glen Lake Rotary Park. All proceeds will be donated to the HRDC and the Blueprint Continuuma transitional housing program that provides youth-centered, strength-based, and solutions-focused support to youth between the ages of 16-24 who are either experiencing homelessness or housing instability in our community.

According to the HRDC, young people experience homelessness in Gallatin County every day.

Without healthy relationships as a protective factor, youth experiencing homelessness are often forced to engage in risky behaviors to survive. Therefore, compromising their dignity and access to a fair chance to thrive and grow in our community.

Donations from the Bozeman community are encouraged, and are a crucial part of funding Blueprint and continuing to support youth experiencing homelessness in the Bozeman area.
