Earthquake Shakes Manhattan Residents on Monday Night

Monday night at 10:53 p.m., an earthquake was reported just west of Manhattan.

According to the USGS, the quake measured a 2.9 on the Richter Scale. The shaking was minimal, and only lasted a matter of seconds. 43 people have reported that they felt the quake.
