Heavy Fog Advisory for Eastern Montana Sunday Morning

The valleys of Eastern Montana are experiencing HEAVY, DENSE fog this morning with very poor visibility on the roads.

According to the National Weather Service:

Dense fog advisory now in effect until 11 am MST this morning...

• Visibility: reduced to a quarter of a mile at times.
• Timing: through 11 am this morning.
• Impacts: limited visibility will make travel very difficult.
• Watch for frost building on the Road surfaces, as dense freezing fog could lead to slippery Road conditions, especially on bridges.
• Locations: primary areas of fog this morning are the following  river valleys, Yellowstone, Missouri, and the milk.
• Fog is clearing from the west this morning, with observations showing  that fog has lifted in portions of Phillips County.
