Niseko Ramen Bar to Open in Big Sky Town Center

Niseko Ramen Bar is a new, unique ramen and cocktail bar in Big Sky. Located in the Town Center in the meadow, here's what we know so far...

I'm super excited about the opening of this new restaurant. Noodles are life to me. No joke. (To be clear, I have not yet visited the restaurant and I do not know the owners personally so there's no connection. YET.)

This will be a full service restaurant and bar that is being created for locals and friendly to Big Sky guests. The interior looks pretty cool so far.

As of this writing, I couldn't find an exact opening date but we're working on that. As soon as we have more info we'll share it for sure! The video says "a couple weeks" so fingers crossed.

We do know that there will be a super convenient take-out window. You'll be able to pay in advance online, including gratuity so all you have to do is pick up your goods and be on your way.
