
On This Day in 2019, You Could Freeze Boiling Water Instantly
What a difference a year can make.
On March 3, 2019, I had just returned to Bozeman after taking a trip to Boise for a wedding. When I got home to Montana, it was -26.
At that point, I did what any curious person would do. I boiled a pot of water, and threw it in the air to see if it would freeze before hitting the ground, and it did. I recorded it, and it popped up as a Facebook memory today.
