Wine and exercise and your heart will thank you. A study says so which means I'm going for it! Do you think people would stare if I brought wine in my water bottle? 

 

It doesn't matter the type of wine, just that you're drinking it. A study called “In Vino, Veritas” revealed that those who worked out twice a week and drank wine saw an improvement in their levels of cholesterol - the heart-healthy kind!
